As Senior Associate – Data Analyst, you will define requirements and design data solutions that support strategic decision-making, transforming complex business needs into end-to-end analytical solutions. You will extract, clean, integrate, and model data using tools such as SQL, Python, Alteryx, and Power BI, deliver clear data visualizations and actionable insights to stakeholders, and bridge communication between technical and non-technical audiences. Your work applies Agile methodologies, emphasizes strong data quality frameworks, and includes proactive risk identification and collaboration with stakeholders to implement effective controls and drive continuous improvement.

What you offer

  • Experience in data analytics within banking and financial services.
  • High proficiency in SQL and Power BI.
  • Strong knowledge of data analysis, data tools, data modelling techniques, and database design.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to work with technical stakeholders and explain technical matters to non-technical business stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of data governance and data quality best practices.
  • Proficiency in Alteryx and Python is desirable.
The salary range for this role is AUD100,000 – AUD110,000.
