Join our Equities team in Seoul to support the continuous growth in Asia. You will be part of a supportive and high performing team, working internally with front office teams and externally with various vendors and business partners, to support and execute upcoming Corporate Access activities with a focus on Korea.

What role will you play?

In collaboration with our Sales and Research teams, you will be responsible for the end to end execution of Corporate Access initiatives, including corporate events, conferences, roadshows, bespoke investor trips and Zoom Webinars, which involves sourcing interesting speakers, drafting invitations, organising travel and bespoke trips, arranging ground transportation and visa applications for the team and offshore visitors, etc. You will also partner with the regional Corporate Access team on deliverables and event content and create and maintain all event material including company schedules, investor profiles and feedback documents, etc.

Working in a fast-paced sales and trading environment, your role will involve providing team assistance across desks in the Equities business, including internal and external meeting arrangement and travel management among other corporate access/administrative duties. In addition, you will also support on risk reporting and have the opportunity to interact directly with clients, manage queries, support client insight generation and maintain customer data integrity.

  • Existing corporate access or team assistant experience within the financial services industry is an advantage. Recent graduates open to building a career in corporate access, events or client service are welcome
  • A team player with strong interpersonal skills, a positive, can-do attitude and a genuine interest in supporting others in a collaborative environment
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with acute attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication in English and Korean
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritisation abilities, with excellent time management skills to respond quickly to ad hoc requests
  • Hands-on experience with Zoom Webinar, Dealogic, Excel, PowerPoint and Concur would be an advantage.
