What role will you play?

As a member of the Business Lending Product team, you will play a pivotal role in the ongoing management of the Business Lending product suite. Your responsibilities will include the day-to-day management and ongoing uplift to product collateral and will require you to coordinate stakeholders across legal, non-financial risk, distribution, credit risk and technology. You will identify opportunities for improvement and use data and insights to inform prioritisation decisions.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex challenges and deliver effective solutions
• Clear communicator who can influence outcomes without owning every decision.
• Comfortable operating in a complex environment and navigating trade-offs across risk, technology and delivery constraints.
• Self-starter who can manage multiple priorities and has the ability to cope with uncertainty and ambiguity.
• Experience in home lending or commercial lending as well as in implementing process improvement and policy change highly regarded
