Our Implementation team sits within Macquarie Asset Management’s Enterprise division and plays a central role in the operational lifecycle of our funds and mandates. We work closely with a wide range of internal stakeholders across Macquarie Asset Management to support the set-up, maintenance and termination of investment structures, ensuring smooth and accurate outcomes at every stage.

What role will you play?

In this role you will be involved in various stages of the fund and mandate lifecycle, from initial operational set-up through to termination. You will work closely with internal stakeholders across Macquarie Asset Management, coordinating across teams to ensure implementations are completed accurately and on time.

You will take ownership of your workstreams with a high degree of attention to detail, identifying and escalating issues as they arise. You will also contribute to the team’s continuous improvement agenda, looking for opportunities to improve how we work and helping to develop and maintain clear process documentation. Strong communication will be a key part of how you operate day to day, you will manage multiple priorities simultaneously and engage confidently with a broad range of stakeholders to drive outcomes.

  • Experience in financial services operations, funds management or a related role
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy across all aspects of your work
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear and confident communication skills and comfortable engaging with a range of internal stakeholders
  • A proactive mindset with a genuine interest in identifying and driving process improvements
  • Collaborative and team-oriented, with the ability to work across functions to deliver outcomes
  • Strong capability in project coordination and execution, ensuring timelines, milestones and dependencies are actively managed.
