Our Digital Solutions team plays a central role in advancing Macquarie Asset Management’s digital strategy, enhancing scalability, efficiency, risk management, and user experience. Within this, the Client Platforms team delivers and supports a broad ecosystem of client-facing technologies, partnering closely with stakeholders to drive growth and improve digital engagement.

What role will you play?

As a Business Analyst, you will act as a key link between business stakeholders and technology teams, helping to shape and deliver solutions that enhance client experiences. You will gather and interpret requirements, analyse processes, and support the delivery of digital enhancements across client platforms, ensuring business needs are translated into clear, actionable outcomes. You will work collaboratively to contribute to solution design, delivery, and adoption while engaging with a range of stakeholders across the organisation.

What you offer

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within an agile or product-focused environment, with the ability to manage requirements through the full delivery lifecycle
  • A solid understanding of financial services or similarly regulated environments, including awareness of risk and compliance considerations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured and detail-oriented approach to process analysis and improvement
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the confidence to work with colleagues at all levels and across diverse teams
  • Familiarity with agile ways of working and an interest in digital platforms and client-focused technologies, with a proactive and collaborative mindset
