What role will you play?

In this role you will lead analytical engineering across People and Culture and guide a small team based in Australia and India. You will act as the subject matter expert for data engineering while remaining hands-on in designing and delivering solutions. You will own the shared data platform, work with stakeholders across product, engineering, analytics and governance, and turn business problems into clear, well-defined data products.

What you offer

  • Deep expertise in SQL, dbt and AWS services, including Redshift, S3 and Glue, with advanced capability in analytical /data engineering 
  • Extensive experience architecting and delivering highly scalable, production-grade analytical data products, setting and enforcing rigorous engineering standards
  • Proven ownership of end-to-end analytics platforms, designing for resilience, performance optimisation and cost efficiency in cloud-native environments
  • Strong track record in establishing enterprise-grade data capabilities, including data quality frameworks, observability, monitoring and automated alerting
  • Ideally, experience leading engineering teams and providing technical guidance and mentorship to support team growth.
