Our team sits within Macquarie Asset Management and provides financial planning and analysis support to help the business manage costs and deliver on its strategy. We work closely with teams across the organisation to provide insight, support decision making and drive performance.

What role will you play?

In this role you will support senior management to manage and control costs, ensuring alignment with business objectives. You will prepare and present cost reports, identify opportunities to improve performance, and work with stakeholders across the organisation to implement cost control initiatives. You will also lead the delivery and improvement of the stress testing programme and provide support across the wider team as priorities evolve.

What you offer

  • 9+ years’ of experience in financial planning and analysis or cost management and reporting, ideally within asset management or financial services
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify performance improvement opportunities
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to lead conversations across global teams
  • Experience delivering large-scale programmes, including working with external partners and managing reporting
  • Knowledge of financial scenario analysis or stress testing frameworks, with experience using tools such as Anaplan being beneficial.
