What role will you play?

In this role you will design and build end-to-end solutions for eDiscovery and surveillance, working closely with business and engineering teams. You will take a hands-on approach to shape solution architecture, validate design decisions and guide delivery. You will also help define technology strategy, roadmaps and data architecture patterns that support enterprise-wide goals.

  • Hands‑on engineering background with the ability to actively contribute to technical design, problem‑solving, and delivery, not just provide high‑level architectural guidance
  • Proven experience designing and delivering scalable, high‑availability systems in complex enterprise environments
  • Strong understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation)
  • Experience defining and enforcing architectural standards, governance, and best practices across teams
  • Ability to balance long‑term strategic architecture with short‑term delivery needs
  • Knowledge of API design and management, including RESTful services and event‑driven architecture
  • Familiarity with observability practices, including monitoring, logging, and alerting frameworks
  • Experience mentoring and coaching engineers, helping to uplift capability across teams
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive alignment at senior levels
  • Understanding of regulatory and compliance considerations, particularly within financial services environments
  • Ability to translate business strategy into technical solutions and roadmaps.
