Our team supports Client Service and Support by leading business management across financial management, workforce strategy, and operational governance. We provide oversight and direction to ensure the function operates efficiently, remains compliant, and stays aligned to organisational priorities.

What role will you play?

In this role you will lead the Business Management and Support function for the Contact Centre, setting direction across budgeting, workforce planning, and initiative governance. You will provide strategic oversight, drive strong financial and operational performance, and enable informed decision-making through clear reporting and insights. You will partner with senior stakeholders to shape priorities, manage change, and ensure the function delivers against its objectives.

  • Deep expertise in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and governance
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data, insights, and customer feedback into clear business actions
  • Proven ability to lead complex initiative portfolios, including managing dependencies, risks, and benefits realisation
  • Highly developed stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and partner at senior levels across finance, people, technology, and risk teams
  • Exposure to workforce planning, covering forecasting, scheduling, and capacity optimisation at scale
  • Proficiency or interest in leveraging AI tools and technologies to enhance productivity, decision-making, and business outcomes
