You will be responsible for helping the business make better workforce decisions through data and analytics by analysing and interpreting workforce data to answer business questions and provide insights that support both day-to-day operations and longer-term strategic planning. Working closely with stakeholders across People and Culture and the broader business to understand their needs, you will translate those requirements into analytical solutions and identify workforce trends, challenges and opportunities. Additionally, you will work with multiple people and business data sources, preparing and modeling data, and presenting insights in a way that's clear and relevant to audiences at different levels of the organisation.
