Join our team with this excellent opportunity in our Sydney office as an Executive Assistant supporting a wide and diverse team in our Infrastructure Group. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, exciting environment that offers senior-level management exposure then this is the opportunity for you.

This role requires 5 days per week in our office location.

What role will you play?

As an Executive Assistant, you will provide a high level of support to a team of busy executives partnering with them to ensure their day runs smoothly and efficiently. You will utilise your strong time management skills to manage busy diaries and conflicting deadlines whilst ensuring meeting packs and presentations are assembled. You will be involved in processing payments, invoices and expense claims alongside accurate scheduling of travel itineraries. You will have the opportunity to learn more about the organisation and utilise your Executive Assistant and interpersonal skills, collaborating with a variety of Executive Assistants across the business.  

What you offer

  • 2-5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant 
  • Experience managing diaries, arranging complex travel, organising meetings and coordinating events 
  • Ability to work autonomously and have a proactive approach with exceptional attention to detail 
  • A can-do attitude, excellent communication, planning and organisation skills, the ability to prioritise workloads and navigate conflicting requirements will enable you to effectively manage and deliver results 
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office suite.
