Our team supports Macquarie Capital across Asia Pacific by providing practical guidance on operational and non-financial risk. We work closely with business and support teams to help manage risk effectively and support sound business decisions.

What role will you play?

In this role you will provide operational and non-financial risk advice across Macquarie Capital’s Advisory, Equity Capital Management, Debt Capital Markets, Technology Capital, Innovative Equity Ventures and investment activities in Asia Pacific. You will work with senior stakeholders to identify and manage risks, support business change and investment initiatives, and help strengthen risk awareness and accountability across the region.

What you offer

  • 10 years’ of experience in operational risk management, compliance, audit, risk advisory or a related risk discipline
  • Strong understanding of non-financial risk frameworks, control design, assurance, incident management and issue management
  • Experience providing practical risk advice and influencing senior stakeholders in a complex financial services environment
  • Ability to identify, assess and address risks, control gaps and operational incidents through sustainable solutions
  • Strong judgement with the ability to balance commercial priorities within a risk management framework and work independently across a broad business environment
  • Prior risk experience within an investment bank or similar will be highly regarded
