- Proven senior communications leadership experience, ideally in a large, complex financial services or technology organisation
- A track record of partnering with and influencing C-suite and ExCo stakeholders
- Native use of AI to deliver high quality work, fast
- Exceptional communication skills - you write and think with clarity, creativity and precision
- Strong commercial acumen - you understand how communications drives business outcomes
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
- A creative, bold approach to communications - you push boundaries and bring new ideas
- Confidence to lead through ambiguity and a fast-moving change environment
- Experience in corporate community engagement, social impact strategy or purpose-driven communications - you understand what makes a community program land authentically
- An eye for whitespace - you can identify where an organisation can build a genuinely distinctive community position rather than following the crowd
- Ability to connect external community strategy to internal culture, so that what we do in the community becomes something our people are genuinely proud of.
What we offer
