What role will you play?

In this role, you will lead the strategy, development, and delivery of a strategic reporting and valuations platform for Real Assets and Real Estate, driving business process transformation and enabling technology. You will define and execute the product strategy, collaborate with stakeholders across investment and fund management functions, and ensure solutions deliver measurable business value while meeting regulatory and security requirements. Leading a high-performing team, you will champion Agile delivery, AI and automation, and effective change management to drive adoption and successful business outcomes.

  • 16+ years’ experience in product management and program delivery within financial services, asset management, or another data-intensive industry, with a strong track record of leading complex transformation initiatives. 
  • Deep expertise in middle office operations, portfolio reporting, valuations, and data transformation, with the ability to translate business needs into clear product strategies, roadmaps, and delivery plans. 
  • Proven experience defining product vision, managing backlogs, and writing epics and user stories in close partnership with engineering, data, and architecture teams. 
  • Strong understanding of data platforms, reporting solutions, portfolio management systems, and business process transformation, with the ability to bridge business and technology stakeholders effectively. 
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships, influence senior leaders, and clearly communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences. 
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional, global teams, drive alignment, manage competing priorities, and deliver outcomes in fast-paced and ambiguous environments. 
  • A proactive, continuous improvement mindset, with experience championing Agile delivery, driving change adoption, and leveraging digital, AI, and automation capabilities to enhance business outcomes.
