The Home Loan Product team leads and contributes to a range of diverse and high-priority initiatives within Macquarie's Personal Banking Ecosystem. You will join a team accountable for the end-to-end home loan product suite, across the broker and direct channels. This covers the full customer and broker lifecycle, from application through to settlement and in-life servicing. The team also drives the product roadmap, shaping how customers apply for, interact with and manage their home loan.

What role will you play?

In this role you will help develop product roadmaps, lead and execute a variety of projects, and manage our suite of home loan processes and key product artefacts. You will look to understand the needs of brokers and customers, analyse product performance and identify opportunities to keep improving our products. You will also support the governance of our products by identifying and managing risks, so customers get a reliable and well-run experience at every stage of their home loan.

  • Ability to prioritise, manage deadlines, work under pressure and pick up new concepts quickly 
  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with experience in financial services consulting or product management being desirable but not essential.
