Our Home Lending Product team leads and contributes to a range of high-priority initiatives within Macquarie's Personal Banking Ecosystem. You will join a team accountable for the end-to-end home loan product suite, across broker and direct channels. This covers the full customer and broker lifecycle, from application through to settlement and in-life servicing. The team also drives the product roadmap, shaping how customers apply for, interact with and manage their home loan.

In this role, you will take ownership across key areas of our home lending product portfolio to help shape how customers apply for, interact with, and manage their home loans. You will drive product strategy and maintain product roadmaps, balancing operational excellence and innovation with robust risk and regulatory management. By translating complex insights into clear actions, you will champion positive customer outcomes while ensuring all core product documentation and governance obligations are rigorously maintained.

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field with proven experience in home loans and/or banking product management within a regulated financial services environment 
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and prioritisation skills, with a proven ability to collaborate and influence across a complex product ecosystem, including at senior leadership levels 
  • The ability to set a clear vision for your product area, align teams around priorities and drive delivery through others, all whilst balancing customer outcomes with regulatory expectations and business priorities 
  • Hands-on experience managing product governance, regulatory obligations, product documentation and performance monitoring 
  • Excellent attention to detail and commercial mindset, with a strong ability to synthesise complex data into clear, actionable themes and emerging trends 
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor and coach product managers through both formal people management or day-to-day guidance 
  • High accountability and resilience, with a track record of managing multiple priorities, meeting tight deadlines, and mastering new concepts quickly
