What role will you play?

As a Senior Sales Manager, you will expand your existing responsibilities to lead, coach, and develop a team of Business Development Managers to drive new business and generate growth within your state. Your expertise in client activities and product knowledge will be crucial in guiding your team to meet and exceed their objectives.

  • Proficient knowledge of the platforms, systems, policies, and products across the Wealth Management ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated expertise in executing a wide range of client activities and end-to-end deal processing.
  • Proven experience in coaching, developing, and leading a team to achieve KPIs.
  • Strong ability to manage business outcomes and team performance effectively.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • A strong understanding of risk management and compliance procedures within a banking environment.
