- 2-3 years proven experience delivering change management activities, including communications, training, stakeholder engagement, change impact assessments, organisational readiness planning and adoption strategies
- Demonstrated success supporting large-scale business transformation initiatives involving process and technology change, ideally within financial advice or financial services environments
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of an organisation
- Experience improving client and employee experiences through the enhancement or implementation of technology platforms, including customer relationship management systems such as Salesforce
- Excellent organisational, problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and navigate complex environments while focusing on business and client outcomes.
