Reporting to the Global People & Culture Director, Corporate Operations Group, you will work closely with the Chief Technology Officer and senior leaders across Technology to strengthen organisational effectiveness, build leadership capability and enable sustainable growth.
This is a high-impact role for a senior HR leader who can combine commercial judgement, people expertise and data-led insight to influence decisions and deliver practical solutions in a complex, fast-paced environment.

You will support Group Technology and Security, with an indicative global headcount of 1,200, and lead the broader Technology people partnering team supporting approximately 3,500 people globally. As Senior People & Culture Partner, you will set and deliver the people partnering agenda for Technology, aligned to business priorities and broader People & Culture strategy. You will deliver core people cycles across talent, succession, performance, reward and engagement, in addition to leading strategic workforce planning, organisational design and capability initiatives that support growth, transformation and operational resilience.

  • Significant business partnering and people leadership experience in a complex corporate environment.
  • Strong executive stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to translate people priorities into measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience in technology, financial services, professional services or similarly complex environments will be highly regarded.
  • Depth across organisational design, workforce planning, talent, succession, leadership development, performance, reward and employee relations.
  • Experience leading change, transformation, culture and engagement initiatives.
  • Sound judgement, resilience, curiosity and a collaborative leadership style, with the ability to challenge constructively, simplify complexity and operate confidently in highly visible environments.
