Join our Asia Wealth Marketing team in Hong Kong and support the delivery of channel marketing initiatives across the Asia region. You will be part of the broader Global Wealth Marketing team, working closely with Wealth Distribution and business stakeholders to execute client-focused campaigns and events that strengthen brand awareness, deepen client engagement, and position Macquarie Asset Management as a leading investment partner for wealth clients in Asia.

This is a 1-year fixed-term contract role, with the potential for extension or conversion to a permanent position, subject to business needs and individual performance.

What role will you play?

Reporting directly to the Head of Asia Wealth Marketing, you will play a key role in supporting Macquarie Asset Management's growing Asia Wealth business. Working as part of a high-impact regional team, you will gain hands-on experience delivering marketing initiatives that drive client engagement and support business priorities across key wealth markets.

You will help plan and execute high-profile industry conferences, sponsorships and proprietary client events from end to end, with opportunities for occasional regional travel to support key initiatives. Beyond events, you will contribute to a broad range of marketing activities, including campaigns, email programmes, branded merchandise, client experience initiatives, reporting and process improvement projects, providing exposure to the full spectrum of wealth marketing. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors, you will help ensure the timely delivery of marketing programmes while maintaining compliance with brand standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline, with hands-on experience delivering marketing initiatives and events end-to-end
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, event management, client engagement or a related role within financial services, wealth management, asset management, a B2B environment or a relevant agency setting
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver against tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with experience coordinating across internal teams, external vendors and business partners; fluency in Cantonese is essential
  • A proactive, detail-oriented and client-focused approach, with experience using CRM and event management platforms such as Salesforce, Cvent, Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
