You will join our Commodities and Global Markets Central Controls team located in Manila, directly supporting the Global Risk, Culture and Supervision team with a presence in Sydney, London, Singapore, and Houston. Join us as an Associate or Vice President to facilitate improvement and automation of processes, controls, and management information.

What role you will play?

As a Commodities and Global Markets Central Controls and Reporting Analyst, you’ll be responsible for operational excellence across business-critical controls by managing delivery on an individual or team basis by being a hands-on problem solver with a strategic mindset.  You will be working with large and complex enterprise data, from creating advanced dashboards, to the development and roll out of Customer Performance Indicators, Key Performance Indicators and Key Risk Indicators. As a subject matter expert in Non-Financial Risk and Supervision frameworks, need-to-know principals, and previous experience in analyzing, interpreting, and automating complex data sets; you will manage a diverse set of internal stakeholders.

What you offer

  • At least 5 years of relevant controls or operations experience in a Financial Institution or comparable organisation
  • Exceptional data analysis skills with hands on experience in SQL, PowerBI, Dataiku, Alteryx and similar platforms, preferably with workflow automation experience
  • Background in non-financial risk reporting and creating dashboards and visualisation
  • Proven ability in implementing and up-lifting controls to mitigate risks through stakeholder management
  • Have an inquisitive mind-set and the ability to challenge the status quo, whilst staying focused on potential improvements to stakeholder experience
