The Legal and Corporate Technology team support our Legal, Macquarie Foundation, Integrity office and Corporate Affairs businesses at Macquarie.

What role you will play?

You will be part of a technical team responsible for providing technical support for software applications and systems across your supported portfolio. This may include troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, assisting users with software functionality, and providing training and documentation.

What you offer

• 5+ years working in a similar role in a medium to large enterprise
• Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle and ITIL framework
• Scripting Knowledge (PowerShell, Linux Shell scripting, Splunk)
• CI-CD experience (Bamboo, Gradle, git/bitbucket, Artifactory, uDeploy)
• Experience writing MS -SQL queries and interacting with databases
• Experience managing windows servers in an operational environment
• Understanding of monitoring tools e.g. Splunk
• Strong written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to describe technical concepts simply to non-technical people.
