Join our Equities Operations team within the wider global Corporate Operations Group and support our Equities trading business working in close collaboration with other teams. Our team is responsible for handling post-trade life cycle controls in global markets including trade allocation, booking, settlement, funding, reconciliation and client management.

What role you will play?

You will provide middle office support to our Equities business including trade capture, allocation, confirmation, reconciliation, pre-match management and settlements monitoring. You will coordinate with our trading desk and clients to manage risks and resolve trade discrepancies. In collaboration with our static data and IT teams, you will resolve complex trade flow issues and perform commission rate updates for clients in a timely manner.

What you offer

• 4+ years’ experience in Global Equities Middle Office operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Change management and transformation experience using Alteryx and Power BI is an advantage
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience with Omgeo, IRESS and OMS is preferred
