What role you will play?

You will be responsible for managing the operational delivery of the learning programs, participant management and communications, monitoring of financials, communication with external suppliers, and ensuring the training evaluation management is all in order. You will be working closely with and providing updates on timelines and tasks to the capability and development advisors and managers and be working with other project coordinators based in different locations providing a globally consistent approach.

• Ability to prioritise multiple tasks, with experience operating in a fast-paced environment

• A focus on quality customer service with strong attention to detail and good communication skills

• Understand the importance of taking initiative and demonstrate sound judgement of when to escalate issues

• Ability to work with stakeholders across multiple locations including adjusted working hours to accommodate differing time zones

• Work experience in a project management or related role is advantageous.
