Our Data Change team supports the delivery for Data Transformation initiatives across Macquarie. We provide data solutions by facilitating effective data management, data driven insights and data automation within our Commodities and Global Markets group.

What role will you play?

You will work closely with stakeholders to understand the business, capture data requirements and data consumption use cases. You will identify and perform synthesis disparate requirements and translate business concepts into understandable and usable strategic data models, optimise the accessibility and usage of data while working collaboratively with Data Architects, Business Analysts and Data Engineers to develop and maintain data models across all lines of business.

What you offer

• 3-5+ years’ of experience as a Data Modeller
• Ability to work with business stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements and develop conceptual, logical and physical data models
• Extensive experience with data platform end-to-end processing of data from ingestion through to reporting and analytics and strong SQL skills
• Experience in regulatory, risk, or financial transformation would be an advantage.
