An experienced and inspirational Lead Pega Engineer focused on driving business outcomes through exceptional engineering. You will have a passion for managing and leading a team along with a track record of mentoring engineers to help them achieve their goals.

We value customer focus and a deep understanding of the value of customer experience, human centred design and ca product mindset. Strong problem solving and process improvement skills alongside strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with all levels of stakeholders.

We have multiple opportunities to lead our Pega platforms across Deposit, Wealth Digital Loan, Business Banking Originations, Core, Collections and Payments.

What you offer

  • Experience as a Lead Pega application engineer providing technical expertise, design oversight and guidance to the team
  • Highly experienced in design, development, and implementation of Pega solutions
  • Demonstrable experience leading a team in automation with CD/CD as well an understanding of implementation of API's
  • Understanding of DevOps principles and incident management support
  • Highly experienced in conducting system architecture design to ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability
  • Previous or current experience of Providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers
  • Demonstrable experience in conducting code reviews that ensures adherence to coding standards
  • Familiarity of the latest features and capabilities in Pega, industry best practices, and emerging technologies.
