What role will you play?
As an Associate with the Financial Management Group, you’ll have the opportunity to develop your finance skills and build your career as you work to provide financial, tax and treasury services to all areas of Macquarie.

Group Treasury (Houston) is responsible for capital and funding, liquidity, and interest rate risk management of Macquarie’s balance sheet. The team also manages Macquarie’s liquid asset portfolio and is responsible for managing debt investor, rating agency and banking relationships.

As a graduate within the Group Treasury team, you will enable key risk management decisions including funding, liquidity and capital allocations for our Commodities and Global Markets business. You will collaborate with stakeholders to critically assess commercial, balance sheet and regulatory risks on new business proposals.

  • Receive formal training, including financial modelling and presentation skills, but at its core the program provides practical on-the-job learning to further your career. If you have ideas that have merit, we’ll give you the opportunity to develop and test them to create new possibilities.
  • Build strong connections and work collaboratively while also partnering directly with our business leaders on meaningful and challenging work.
  • Receive support from your manager and aligned mentor as you gain genuine insight into our industry.
