The Central Executive team drives the implementation of the group’s vision and strategy, working closely with senior leadership to develop and manage firm-wide frameworks, deliver strategic initiatives, and provide oversight of the global platform.

What you’ll be doing

Working side-by-side with leaders in the Central Executive team, you will provide critical support to the execution and delivery of the group’s strategic priorities across the global platform. You will work on projects that influence key decisions, prepare management presentations, draft briefing notes for senior engagements, analyse business performance, and assist in monitoring and reporting on operations. This role offers exposure to senior leaders and an opportunity to contribute to initiatives that shape the group's growth globally.

What you offer
  • Currently enrolled in a tertiary degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field, ideally in your penultimate year, with the ability to commit to a full-time internship from June to August 2026
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to take a big-picture view while maintaining attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce high-quality outputs
  • A collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team environment
  • Entrepreneurial experience or previous internship in asset management or private equity is an advantage.
