We have an exciting opportunity in our Philadelphia office for an Administrative Assistant to support senior leaders of our Macquarie Asset Management Equities and Multi-Asset Division along with providing floating coverage for various departments as needed. You will work in a fast-paced, interesting, and demanding environment which will offer exposure to a variety of business activities.

What role will you play?

The role involves managing travel, expenses, and calendars for the Large Cap Value, Equity Trading, and Sustainability Teams, while serving as a liaison between businesses for subscriptions and redemptions. Additional responsibilities include onboarding and offboarding new hires, coordinating the hiring process for Co-ops, handling internal communications, managing cash flow via Managers Desktop, and providing backup support for various teams.

  • Experience with calendar management, both internal and external meetings
  • Managing travel coordination, both international and domestic
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, self-direction, and a strong sense of ownership
  • Ability to demonstrate a proactive approach, be extremely organized, flexible, and have exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills paired with the ability to be highly confidential with information and exercise appropriate judgment/discretion.
