We have an exciting opportunity to join our global payroll team. As a Payroll Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the Payroll Operations for 3000+ employees in the Americas region, covering US, Canada, Brazil, Mexico and Chile.

What role will you play?

In your function, you will ensure end-to-end payroll is processed accurately, timely and within the defined process and standards while managing escalations, resolving queries, establishing close working relationships with key HR professionals and other stakeholders in the region. You will be across uncovering and delivering on opportunities to continuously improve processes, eliminate risk and create capacity within the team. Additionally, you will be responsible for the management and development of the Americas payroll employees, pro-actively supporting development and providing career opportunities.

What you offer

  • Experience in US payroll operations, ideally with prior exposure to ADP
  • Experience with Latin America payroll is a plus
  • Change champion with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Experience in vendor management.
