Join us in this exciting opportunity as a client-facing Payroll Associate and play a key role in ensuring the seamless delivery of payroll and various related services to our employees.

What role will you play?

In this role, you will review incoming payrolls to ensure accuracy of funding requests, manage the scheduling of signatories and coordinate the choice of superannuation fund administration. You will also support the onboarding and training of new signatories and preparation of relocation payments.

You will be decidedly numerate with a high level of attention to detail coupled with a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn. A confident communicator, you’ll be comfortable managing multiple tasks with competing deadlines and will be process driven.

What you offer

• 1- 3 years’ experience in International and AU Payroll
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• A good understanding of basic accounting principles and payroll procedures
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong organisation and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office with advanced Excel skills.
