As a Project Manager/Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our records governance and compliance projects. You will partner with stakeholders to define governance metrics, manage the rollout of new tools, and translate complex requirements into practical solutions. Your work will help foster effective oversight, ensure regulatory alignment, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

What you offer

  • 5+ years experience in business analysis for enterprise-level projects, ideally within data management, risk, or artificial intelligence
  • 2+ years’ experience managing small to medium-sized projects, with strong organisational and planning skills
  • Proven ability to facilitate discussions and bring clarity to complex scenarios, supporting informed decision-making
  • Flexible approach to business analysis, adapting techniques to achieve results in varied project settings
  • Experience working in global and regulated environments, with proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies, and excellent communication skills for engaging diverse teams.
