We are a dynamic project team that collaborates both within our team and with our stakeholders to design, implement and embed, the Commodities and Global Markets Profit and Loss and Valuation Improvement Program.

What role will you play?

You will be part of a global team tasked with delivering a Target Operating Model for the Product Control and Independent Valuation Testing functions. Your role will involve driving significant process change to improve efficiency, automate processes, and enhance the effectiveness of controls suitable for a regulated business. You will collaborate with various stakeholders within the business, including finance, technology, and downstream reporting teams, to define the future state of the functions, and outline the steps required to transition from the current to the future state.

  • Proven expertise as a business analyst in defining needs and recommending value-driven business solutions, with a track record of timely, high-quality delivery within a structured framework
  • Adept at producing clear and concise documentation tailored to diverse audiences
  • Strong business analysis skillset including requirements gathering and elicitation, workshop facilitation, process mapping, and conducting as-is/to-be gap analysis
  • Skilled in developing comprehensive test plans, executing testing activities, and documenting results to ensure system functionality aligns with business requirements
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Confluence, and JIRA
  • Experience in finance or product control programs, including process and control design, improvement, and operationalisation is desirable.
