As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering impactful solutions aligned with our transformational program’s vision. Working closely with stakeholders, you will define and refine requirements within the project’s data stream, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and compliance standards. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a transformative initiative while advancing your career in a dynamic global organisation 

What you offer

• 4+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst, with a preference for experience in large transformation projects or data migrations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across distributed teams in different time zones.
• Proficiency in data analysis and SQL, particularly for data mapping and reconciliation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• A proactive mindset, embracing change and driving continuous improvement in processes and outcomes.
• Experience in data definition, data lineage, and data quality measurement is advantageous.
• Familiarity with client onboarding and KYC/AML domains would be beneficial.
