What role will you play?

As a Business Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Chief Investment Office (CIO) leadership team and wider Wealth Ecosystem. You will help deliver strategic initiatives, streamline processes, and develop effective reporting and risk frameworks, ensuring major projects are aligned and resourced effectively. Your proactive approach will enable our teams to focus on their core responsibilities, while continuously identifying opportunities for efficiency and improvement.

• Demonstrated experience and educational background in investment management, investment governance, or asset management
• Strong organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with a proven record of conveying complex information to senior audiences
• Effective relationship management skills, enabling collaboration with senior leaders and stakeholders
• A creative and adaptable approach to problem-solving, with high attention to detail and the ability to synthesise complex data into actionable insights.
