You will join our high performing Strategy, Change and Communications team within the Commodities and Global Markets Data division, delivering on one of our strategic initiatives. Our team provides data solutions, facilitating effective data management through new technology and platforms. This is one of many exciting change transformations across Macquarie. What role will you play?

Joining as a Senior Change Manager, you will help drive the delivery of one of our strategic initiatives to enhance our aligned finance control processes. You will be responsible for setting the change strategy, scoping and defining the change activity plan to ensure outcomes and expected change benefits are achieved, leading comprehensive change impact assessments to identify and address implications across the organisation and managing readiness activities to support adoption of the change.

As a valued member of our team, you will be delivering effective change interventions across stakeholder groups, ensuring expectations are measured and managed with a clear understanding of dependencies, deliverables, and issues.
