What role will you play?

As part of the Data DevOps team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams and be responsible for testing, developing and supporting data solutions. You will analyse requirements, design and develop test plans, test cases and test scripts, and perform data validation and verification to ensure accuracy, completeness and consistency.
In terms of development, you will design, develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes, build data solutions, and implement data models, reports and dashboards. Additionally, you will optimize and tune SQL queries and database performance.
For support, you will respond to and resolve escalated operational issues, participating in rostered support shifts and on-call duties as required.
What you offer

- 2 years of experience working with database platforms and data tools (MSSQL, AWS RedShift, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, dbt)
- Proven experience in business intelligence or other database technologies
- Understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes and data modelling
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail with strong communication and collaboration skills to work in globally dispersed team
- Experience with any of the following is an advantage:
- Cloud-based data platforms such as Azure, AWS or Google Cloud
- Data governance and data quality best practices
- Data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau or similar.
