What role will you play?

In this role, you will work on a wide variety of high-impact transformation initiatives, providing a solid understanding of the asset management business and an excellent opportunity to network with senior stakeholders and decision-makers in the asset management division. This high-visibility role will involve driving numerous transformation and digitalisation initiatives, positioning you as a key member of the team responsible for evolving the organisation into a data-driven, digital future.

What you offer

• 12+ years of relevant experience with good understanding of the asset management industry with specific focus on private equity and mutual funds.
• Experience in driving transformation initiatives using the Agile methodology.
• Ability to foresee the impact of various initiatives on a complex set of globally interconnected teams and support in preparing for the change and driving it.
• Ability to influence a wide variety of senior stakeholders to build consensus, as well as the capability to summarise data points to present to senior management.
• Manage and mentor a team of junior Scrum Masters to deliver on similar objectives.
