This is an exciting opportunity to join the Commodities and Global Markets business group, in our newly established Client Operations function. What role will you play?

As a dedicated business partner, you will provide concierge style support to Commodities and Global Markets relationship managers and their clients, to execute effective and efficient client lifecycle management processes. Additionally, you will ensure effective governance, controls, and oversight to service KYC obligations for Commodities and Global Markets clients. You will be required to rapidly build and maintain credible relationships with business, operations and risk stakeholders and be client centric in all that you do. You will be joining a global, high performing and accountable team, providing continuous support for relationship managers around the globe, but specifically for EMEA based sales staff.



What you offer

  • 4+ years' of Know Your Customer/Client Lifecycle Maintenance (CLM) experience gained in financial services, or consulting environment
  • Extensive knowledge on onboarding policies and jurisdictional relevant collection and verification practices will be critical for this role, with experience in direct partnership with business and client stakeholders in prior roles
  • Consider efficiency, agility and risk management uplifts in all that you do. Prior experience contributing subject matter expertise to client relevant projects will be highly regarded
  • Business enabling, but ensuring compliance at all times
  • Stellar organisational and project management skills will be an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail, critical thinking skills and enjoy solving problems
