Join our Stakeholder Engagement team in Commodities and Global Markets Group (CGM) to help us design and deliver engaging and powerful communications for staff.

What role will you play?

You will have a flair for internal communications, driving positive engagement and assisting the leadership team as required. You will develop and execute effective communications initiatives and strategies, building solid relationships with key stakeholders across the business in the Northern Hemisphere.

• You will be a personable, outwardly looking individual who thrives on interaction and building solid relationships, works independently and partners with senior stakeholders.

• You will be proactive, organised and people-oriented, with an intuitive and innovative approach to your work and communications.

• You will be a strong writer with a background in planning and delivering internal communications, ideally from banking or professional services.

• You should have experience in writing in a corporate environment, and be familiar with using core internal communication channels.
