What role will you play?

In this role, you will report to the Director of Brand Strategy and work closely with the Brand Governance Senior Manager to develop a systematic way to lift creative excellence across a growing ecosystem and mentor the internal creative team.

You will collaborate closely with the digital ecosystem to deliver creative excellence for activity that drives brand and growth outcomes for lending, deposits, digital experience, brand and essential services.

In addition, you will be translating our brand strategy and brand hierarchy into creative excellence, deeply considering how we show up as a technology company in financial services with our digital products and experiences.

What you offer

• Experience working in a creative agency, studio or working within a retail brand.
• Experience with cross functional communications and collaboration.

• Leadership skills to mentor and guide the team of creative designers
