Our Data and AI team within the Operations division of the Corporate Operations Group plays a critical role in leveraging data and AI to drive business objectives, enhance operational efficiency, scalability of services, and mitigate risks. You will join a team that analyses complex processes and datasets, collaborates with stakeholders across various operating groups, and delivers measurable outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

What role will you play?

As a proactive individual with a strong blend of analytical and customer mindset, you will develop and deploy AI models and data products to achieve business objectives. You will perform exploratory data analysis, use statistical methods and machine learning to generate actionable insights, and work closely with stakeholders to align and integrate data solutions. Additionally, you will identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions to enhance business performance and operational efficiency.

What you offer

  • Proven success in implementing AI applications (LLM, Agentic AI, generative AI, etc) with measurable business outcomes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
  • Proficiency with data transformation and visualisation tools such as Dataiku and Power BI or equivalent.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud and familiarity with machine learning frameworks.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
