What role will you play?

As a Data Scientist, you will play a key role in harnessing data to drive strategic decision-making and deliver actionable insights across the organisation. You will apply advanced statistical techniques, machine learning models, and data engineering practices to solve complex business challenges in areas such as risk management, customer experience, team assistant tools, and operational efficiency.

What you offer

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or SQL
  • Experience monitoring and optimising model performance, ensuring scalability and efficiency in production environments
  • Understanding of prompt engineering and fine-tuning large language models for specific tasks
  • Knowledge of optimising RAG based solutions and interacting with various large language models
  • Experience implementing solutions with new tools, techniques, and frameworks to improve AI and analytics capabilities
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team environment
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and Gen AI frameworks (e.g. Langchain).
