Join the Banking and Financial Services, Marketing team as the Director of Consumer Marketing where you will have the opportunity to significantly grow the market share of the consumer portfolio, in areas such as home loans and deposits, while amplifying our much-loved digital experience. What role will you play?

In this role, you will have the opportunity to be part of the fastest growing tech company in financial services, a prestigious brand with an agile, start-up culture. This role will have full funnel accountability across home lending and deposit products in paid, owned and earned media. You will be responsible for Go-To-Market strategy and execution including proposition development based on data and insights, CVP and messaging hierarchy, campaign creative, execution, testing, learning & optimizing. The Go-To-Market plans will be distributed through and to multiple audiences including consumers, mortgage brokers, advisers and private bank clients.

Reporting to the Head of Brand & Consumer Marketing, your leadership will be instrumental in developing a high performing team culture, working collaboratively with the brand, performance and media functions as well as influencing and navigating internal stakeholders to deliver growth outcomes.

What you offer

  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in full funnel marketing
  • Ability to operate at a senior level within the financial or professional services industry, with a strategic mindset focused on growth outcomes.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to translate concepts into action plans.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to understand and navigate complex business environments, identify opportunities for growth, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Executive-level communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.
  • Proven experience building a high performing team as well as mentoring and coaching junior and senior team members.
  • Strong analytical skills and highly adaptable to change. 
  • Highly accountable and driven to deliver results.
