In this role, your primary mission is to cultivate a culture of responsible AI usage across Macquarie. You will pioneer our AI governance strategy, designing and executing a forward-looking vision for AI risk management that enables our commercial ambitions. Acting as the Group's leading advocate for safe AI, you will develop and implement practical frameworks, policies, and tools that are seen as enablers, not obstacles.

A critical part of your role will be to empower the organisation at scale by championing and executing a strategy to democratise AI risk knowledge, designing and delivering a continuous cycle of training and resources.
