Join our Sydney based team as a Digital Workplace Form Developer where you will work within the Service Management Digital Experience team to develop our internal facing service request forms, with the focus on improving automation and providing our customers with a seamless and engaging technology experience.

What role will you play?

In this role, you will be analysing existing services, triaging issues, developing workflows based upon requirements and owning the deliverable from requirements to build, test and deployment to production. We are looking for passionate developers who will thrive in a fast-paced, delivery focused environment and draw on your collaborative and problem-solving skills to achieve optimal outcomes.


What you offer

  • 2+ years’ experience within Financial Services, Service Management experience is preferred
  • Understanding of programming principles and service management catalogs
  • A passion for customer-centric solutions and continuous service improvement
  • Strong sense of ownership to follow your deliverables through to closure
  • Strong ability to work autonomously, but confident to raise incidents or ask for help when required.
