What role will you play?

In this essential role, you will ensure the smooth execution of compliance monitoring and support activities by conducting daily operational reviews of employee trade accounts to identify policy exceptions and ensure adherence to internal standards. You will provide timely and accurate advisory support on our policies and process requests, while investigating operational alerts to drive effective resolutions. In addition, you will be responsible for thorough reporting and documentation of findings, supporting our ongoing commitment to risk management and compliance excellence.

Our Risk Management Group works as an independent, and centralised function, responsible for independent and objective review and challenge, oversight, monitoring and reporting in relation to Macquarie’s material risks. We are a global team that aims to manage the risks of today and anticipate the risks of tomorrow. Our divisions include compliance, credit, financial crime risk, market risk, operational risk, aggregate risk and prudential, and central.
