What role will you play?

Working closely with the Director of Engineering, you will oversee all aspects of our Customer Identity engineering teams. Your responsibilities will encompass engineering processes such as system design, development, CI/CD, production support, continuous process improvement, as well as contributing to our platform strategy and roadmaps. You will cultivate an innovative culture that promotes lateral thinking and early risk identification, while adopting a collaborative approach to problem-solving.

You will collaborate closely with the engineers in your team on building cutting edge technology solutions in the domain of Customer Identity. You will be responsible for the overall health of the technology platform and the cadence of delivery for new features.

What you offer

  • Relevant experience managing software engineering teams in a fast paced, agile environment
  • Technical background in software development, with experience in software design, and operating mission-critical, micro-services and platforms
  • Experience with IAM technologies such as identity providers, directory services, identity protocols (e.g.,O Auth2.0, OIDC, SAML), managing security access policies and tuning, monitoring IAM systems
  • Strong experience in cloud-based technologies and SaaS
  • Experience in containerisation technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Hands-on experience on identity management tooling such as Ping, Okta, EntraID, IBM Security Access Management (ISAM) and/or IBM Security Verify / Ping or Okta
