Our Design and Architecture Team, within the Commodities and Global Markets business, is dedicated to driving the strategic vision for business, data and technology architecture.

Our team is newly formed and supports efforts to align data, digital, design, and engineering to better manage initiative prioritisation and drive business outcomes.

What role will you play?

As an Enterprise Architecture Analyst, you will contribute to strategic architecture alignment and governance initiatives. Working closely with architects across platform and product teams, you will ensure architecture aligns with business needs while fostering consistency and continuity across the organisation. Your role will involve supporting processes such as Architecture Advice Forums (AAFs) and platform reviews, contributing to the definition of business architecture, and serving as a vital link between business and technology teams.

What you offer

  • Experience in business architecture, solution architecture, or related fields, who aspire to grow into an Enterprise Architect role within a regulated financial services environment
  • Demonstrated experience contributing to at least two (preferably more) of the following areas: business capability modelling, architecture governance, domain architecture roadmaps, translating enterprise strategy into technology impacts and initiatives, evaluating technology fitness, and assessing technology roadmaps for business value and alignment with business strategy.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise architecture principles and frameworks, including organisation-specific adoption, customisation, and associated governance. Professional certifications (e.g., TOGAF) are welcomed.
  • Extensive knowledge of modern architecture concepts and practices (e.g., well-architected reviews, cyber-security, public cloud and data platforms)
  • Experience with a range of architecture tooling (e.g. Ardoq, LeanIX), and architecture documentation best practices
  • 6+ years track record in technology-related roles, such as architecture, software engineering, with consulting experience preferred
  • Excellent communicator and storyteller especially explaining complex technology value to a business and technology leadership audience, a strategic problem solver, an influencer, a thought leader, and a team player.
