What role will you play?

As a member of the Asset Management team in Paris, you will represent the Macquarie Asset Management Real Estate Core/Core Plus portfolio in Europe, managing real estate asset management. You will have operational responsibility for diverse assets in the European real estate portfolio.

What you offer

• An experienced and rounded real estate professional with a minimum of five years’ experience in an investment/asset management position, on office assets and others (residential/mixed-use/retail).
• Broad knowledge of commercial real estate, primarily offices in operation, but also ideally retail and logistics.
• You will have an excellent financial, legal (French real estate law, contract law), technical/property grounding.
• Cross-team project management experience is required.
